Sovereign by design
CSP Solutions completed delivery of a fine-tuned, Arabic-first large language model running entirely inside sovereign infrastructure for a government communications body. No data leaves the controlled environment, and all inference happens on infrastructure owned and operated by the client.
Model and data approach
The model was fine-tuned on a curated corpus of Modern Standard Arabic and regional dialects, supplemented with the client's own institutional content under strict data handling controls. Evaluation focused on factual accuracy, tone consistency for official communications, and safe handling of politically and culturally sensitive topics.
Infrastructure and security
Training, fine-tuning, and inference all run on GPU infrastructure inside the client's perimeter, with no outbound calls to public model APIs. Access is governed by role-based controls, full audit logging, and a sovereign key management layer, satisfying the requirements of the national AI governance framework.
Why it matters
Arabic-first modelling, combined with sovereign deployment, gives public sector organisations a credible path to adopt generative AI without compromising on data residency, regulatory compliance, or national security requirements.
